The business has operated since May 2003, delivering reliable and consistent services under various trading names. Aldermans Property Group Ltd, incorporated in June 2025, represents the current trading structure, bringing all services under one clear and accountable company.

Our experience spans residential blocks, commercial properties and educational settings, delivering services including block cleaning, gardening and grounds maintenance, property maintenance and major works. We regularly work alongside surveyors, consultants and managing agents on major works projects, delivering works in line with specifications, drawings and schedules of works.

We take great pride in the quality of our work and in the long-standing relationships we have built with retained clients across all sectors. Many of our clients have worked with us for a number of years, reflecting our focus on reliability, consistency and professional standards.

The business is owner-led by Matt Alderman, who remains hands-on and directly involved in day-to-day operations. Matt is known for being approachable, honest and fair, with a strong work ethic and a belief in clear communication, accountability and good old-fashioned professional manners and principles. This ethos runs throughout the business and underpins how we work with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams alike.
